Always Crazy, Always Fun, Always Love

Ray Romano once compared life with twins to living in a frat house. As he put it, "no one sleeps, there is a lot of noise and a lot of throwing up." I find this very true with 4 young children, including twins. However, though things are always crazy, we always try to have fun and, most certainly, always love each other.

There Was An Old Lady....

...Who Swallowed a Rock!

According to Jacob, that is.

At school, they did a book-writing project at school and had to re-write "Their was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly"- with their own creation. The books were sent to a publishing company where they were all transformed into a published, hard cover book! It included all of their original writing and pictures (so it looks like they just wrote in the book, but they didn't- they were printed that way!). Each child got one free copy of their book.

Then, last night there was a "book reading" at the school where a writer talked to them and then they each got a chance to read their book in front of the parents and have refreshments. I thought Jacob did a great job and decided to include his book here as well.

For your enjoyment-in his own words (misspellings and all....):
